Grand Cayman's Brasserie Restaurant was founded in 1997. They offer a variety of fresh, delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a focus on sustainable cooking. 

 

Cricket Square is home to Brasserie Restaurant, as well as the Brasserie Market, Wicket Bar, Brasserie Purveyors and Brasserie Conference Facilities. They are open Monday through Friday and also offer exciting events, private dining and delivery.
