The first island Subway was opened in Grand Cayman in 1991, in the West Shore Centre. As the chain grew in popularity, additional locations were opened in Anderson Square, Dorcy Place, Centennial Towers and the Countryside Shopping Village. 

 

Subway is known for their broad selection of tasty, fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, as well as their additional menu items, such as breakfast, pizza, salads and sides. They host regular promotions and also offer catering.
