The Montessori School of Cayman was founded in 1988 and aims to help children develop skills such as creativity, problem solving, critical thinking and time management. Montessori teaching focuses on putting children in touch with their environment and respecting individual choices of work and research. 

The Montessori School of Cayman caters to children aged 2.5 and up, with a maximum enrollment of 35 children. Half and full day programs are available, and classrooms are divided into subject areas such as art, cleaning, gardening and cooking.
