Local mail posted by 3pm in Grand Cayman, Monday to Friday, will reach its destination on the same Island within 2 working days. Mail posted in Cayman Brac and Little Cayman by 3pm, Monday to Friday, will reach any destination in the Cayman Islands within 3 working days. The cost of local mail is CI$.25 per ounce.
Overseas mail is surface airlifted, which is dependent upon airlines. Express Mail Service (EMS) is available to over 140 countries from the Cayman Islands and can be purchased from the General Post Office during business hours.
